At Chores 4 Charities, our mission is simple: to uplift and transform our local community into a space of joy, prosperity, and unity. Our dedicated team tirelessly arranges fundraisers, promotes financial wellness, emphasizes the significance of homeownership, and orchestrates community-centric events, all with the assistance of our amazing volunteers.
Our Impact So Far
Through the unwavering support of our community, we have managed to provide sustenance to nearly 10,000 families, amounting to a total of over 30,000 individuals in almost a decade. This year, our ambition scales higher as we set our sights on delivering an additional 3,000 meals to deserving families.

🌟 2023 Shining Stars: Honoring Those Who Made a Difference
At Chores 4 Charities, we believe in recognizing the incredible individuals and organizations that have gone above and beyond to support our mission of making a positive impact in our community. It's with immense gratitude and heartfelt appreciation that we shine the spotlight on these remarkable contributors:
1. Aisha Brown, Christopher Limerick, and Chaheed Campbell - The Sodexo Trio Aisha Brown, General Manager at Sodexo VI, Howard University, along with Christopher Limerick, Sodexo Campus Executive Chef, and Chaheed Campbell from Sodexo, worked tirelessly to make a meaningful difference. Together, they made the generous donation of 100 meals possible, bringing us closer to our goal. Their dedication and compassion exemplify the true spirit of community.
2. Shelton Higgins Shelton is a true community champion who not only made introductions but also provided invaluable support to Chores 4 Charities. We deeply appreciate his dedication to our cause.
3. Nando's Peri Peri - DMV Locations For the past 6 years, every single Nando's Peri Peri in the DMV has been an outstanding partner. Special thanks to Andy Meyer, the Area Director, for generously donating 400 meals. Your support fuels our mission.
4. Kurtis Cross and Jason Hecker Kurtis and Jason's extraordinary efforts raised over $5,000 for our mission to feed 3,000 families. We are truly inspired by their dedication and unwavering commitment.
5. Chores 4 Charities (PA) - Mr. Ebbie MacArthur Our sister organization in PA, led by Mr. Ebbie MacArthur, has shown incredible solidarity by packing and delivering meals for 350 families. Thank you, Heidelberg United Church of Christ , and Mac McArthur, for leading the charge.
Together, we're making a difference, one act of kindness at a time. With 330 Thanksgiving meals ready to be delivered, we're reminded of the power of community and compassion. Thank you all for your remarkable contributions, and may your generosity inspire others to join us in creating positive change.
